Orchard Park teachers get an A+

At Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering, we get to be a part of some pretty wonderful celebrations!

Case in point, a few weeks ago, we were asked to cater Orchard Park’s Teacher Appreciation day festivities. We were honored to salute their top-notch instructors – who were delighted with the accolades from their students, staff and PTO, who organized the event.

We served up some Honor Roll-worthy hors d’oeuvres including:

  • Avocado Toast with Ruby Radish Greens
  • Mini Meat Loaf Cup Cakes
  • Water Melon Cube with Goat Cheese, Mint and Balsamic
  • Power Green Salad with Green Apple, Candied Walnuts and White Balsamic Dressing

We also provided some well-educated entrees:

  • Indiana Pork Tenderloin with Georgia Peaches, Fresh Thyme
  • French Puy Lentils, Decorated with Red Kale Micro Greens

…and even Extra Credit Vegan options:

  • Cilantro Potato Cake toped with King Trumpet Mushrooms with Roasted Corn Salsa
  • Roasted Red Pepper Puree, Garnished with Micro Ruby Radish Greens
  • Grilled Garden Vegetable Lasagna with Puttanesca Sauce

We provided the teachers with extra credit for a school year well done, topping off the meal with a dessert everyone loves, S’mores in a Glass!

Congrats to all teachers and staff at Orchard Park School. You rock!
