Jacquie Bols, owner of Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering, has always been a staunch supporter of organic and sustainably produced foods. We want all the food we serve to be the centerpiece of the event; sustainably raised and harvested and native to local Indiana farms.
That also means a veritable spring garden of freshness on every plate.
Each and every entrée, appetizer, salad, side dish, and dessert we serve is wholesome, natural, sustainable, and chock-full of fresh ingredients.
We pay attention to what’s in season, and come up with all kinds of interesting and creative presentations that include fresh herbs and veggies, soybeans, strawberries, blueberries, apples, even local wheat and honey. Fresh creams, butters, yogurts and ice creams too, all Indiana-farm produced.
We support sustainable farming practices when it comes to choosing Indiana-raised chickens, eggs, turkeys, pork and beef, too. We’ve learned through the years which farms to what best, and depend on them, happily supporting the best farming practices out there.
