Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering has been bringing her delicious catering to the Indianapolis area for 25 years now. We get a lot of word-of-mouth new business, plus a lot of repeat business. Plus, we consistently get mentioned as one of the top five caterers in Indy. We’re pretty darn proud of that.
Here’s why we are so good at what we do:
#1 Understanding the event
We pay attention to the kind of celebration and what our clients are looking for. We want to know things like age range, casual or upscale, corporate or friends, and of course, what is being celebrated. Our job is to do everything possible to wow our client and their guests – from start to finish.
#2 Choosing the right venue
You might now appreciate how incredibly important this is. (PRO TIP: Ask us for ideas!) We can absolutely recommend the event spaces around Indy that we know from experience will help set the right mood, and assure that your event has the ideal space and setting.
We have learned how successful parties operate, and what food items tend to work with which types of event. We also have a good idea on pairings, but – we’re always willing to try something new for a client. (PRO TIP: Ask us for a preliminary food tasting to help make sure you get what you are looking for!)
#4 Food quality
With very few exceptions, everything Jacquie’s team prepares is fresh, organic, Indiana-grown, natural, and sustainable — right down to the coffee, breads, pastries, and desserts we serve. If an entree is supposed to be served hot, it is. If a desert is best served chilled, it is. We want everything to be as good for you as it is delicious.
#5 Presentation. Presentation. Presentation.
Before anything is tasted, it is noticed. That’s why our team takes great care to be sure each plate is beautifully arranged, colorful, and smells fantastic. It’s got to look as wonderful as it tastes.
#6 We never run short of food.
We serve generous amounts, and make it our business never to run out. You have our word on that.
Let’s get the next successful event underway! Just give us a call.
