Saying thank you to clients deliciously

Can you imagine looking forward to a visit to your doctor’s office? When it’s a visit with Dr. Christopher Jones, absolutely yes!

Last week, 175 guests were invited to Dr. Jones’ office for the best ‘check up’ ever, one to express his thanks to his clients in the most savory (and healthy) way, all freshly and organically prepared and served by Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering.

The evening at 320 N. Meridian Street began with waiter-passed Hors d’Oeuvres, including:

  • Mini Ahi Tuna Tacos with Avocado and Jalapenos
  • Individual Shrimp Cocktail in Shot Glass
  • Flatbread with Burratta, Roasted Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, and Fresh Basil

There were so many more appetizers on a lovely decorated table and bar nearby, that one could certainly make a meal:

  • Individual Crudite with Beet Hummus
  • Avocado Crostini with Mini Ruby Radish Greens
  • Roast Tenderloin Sliders with Carmelized Shallots

  • Pepper and Basil Aioli
  • Mini Duck and Michigan Huckleberry Jam Crepes
  • Trio of Organic Devilled Eggs decorated with Micro Greens
  • Mini Chicken and Waffles with Local Maple Syrup
  • French Macaroons Mini Amarino Tulips

Guests were also treated to domestic and imported beers, a choice of wine and/or soft drinks.


What a wonderful way to express thanks – by giving back to your friends, customers and patients!
