Here’s what we know:
Everything served looks better elevated! Lifting something higher directs the eye and says, “classy!” This is just as true for classy appetizers as it is for wedding cakes.
Color coordination (especially draped tables) sets the tone. From soothing pastels to seasonal hues. Or a big splash of color highlighting a special featured course at your event.
We know we can create interest in special food stations by interspersing items on serving stations at different heights. It not only looks much more interesting that way, but helps guest readily see what’s available.
Plate sizes should be sized appropriately for each type of food. We make sure what is served works well on the right plate.
Quality lighting (especially on the centerpiece courses) is a must.
We have bartenders we trust. They know their cocktails. It’s important to us that our customers be served a drink in the ideal glass – with the best garnish, and with those trendy extra large ice cubes!
