We do ask a lot of questions. For a very good reason.

Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering team has been told that we ask a lot of questions of our clients. We do that to make sure we understand exactly what you want your event to express.

• If it’s a company party, do you want each of your employees to feel thanked and valued? Or just have a great time celebrating a milestone or a holiday together?
• Do you want to be sure your private event projects a certain vibe – (upscale, folksy, urban contemporary, trendy, barn chic) -- or honors someone in particular? If so, what can we do to help behind the scenes?
• If it’s inclusiveness you want, let’s be sure to set up round tables in a way nobody is left to the side or to the back. And – that foot traffic flows smoothly.
• Is this going to be a seated formal meal, or serve-yourself with lots of options?
• If you have multiple attendees from other countries or cultures, what can we include on the menu that they will appreciate? What about age groups? If your age range is across the board, we are happy to make some suggestions on timing of the food, drinks and music, and what to have on hand at the bar.
• What types of food would appeal to your group? We have lots of suggestions to make vegetarian and child-friendly options inviting and delicious.
• Of course, your budget is important, but it’s not the only thing we help build your event around. and assessment we ask event planners, family planners and brides as we begin to set up each event.
