Nestled in the heart of historic Lockerbie at 237 N. East Street in downtown Indy, Cyrus Place is an elegant and charming place to host an event.
Built in 1882, the building features 150-year-old roughhewn brick inside and out in addition to tall beamed ceilings and turn-of-the-century marble fireplaces. Gorgeous stained glass windows grace several exterior walls in both the Grand Hall (perfect for catered dinners) and the Main Hall Ballroom, a charming place for a wedding reception.
In short, Cyrus Place is especially perfect to host your wedding party of 200 or less. And because they host just one event per day, the bride and groom’s parties have exclusive access to the building on the day of their event.

Designed to be light and bright, the Bridal Suite is adorned with plush couches, tufted chairs, and a wall with multiple vanity stations for the bridal party. It also offers plenty of space for dresses, full length mirrors, a private bathroom and even a dining table to serve cocktails or snacks.
The Grooms Quarters is sophisticated-rustic with deep mahogany walls, leather furnishings, and a warm ambiance. It comes equipped with a PS4, full cable television, shuffleboard, darts, and even a foosball table. This is a great spot for your groomsmen to relax and have fun before the ceremony.
Of course, Cyrus Place can masterfully accommodate any kind of event, from corporate luncheons to awards dinners, holiday parties, and anything in between.
