Delicious Centier Bank grand opening

  Last week, Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering helped Centier Bank celebrate its grand opening at the 116th and Allisonville Road bank location with an elegant afternoon hors d’oeuvres reception.

Customers and area businesses were invited to get acquainted with the facility while enjoying a light, lovely summer appetizer buffet:

  • Artisan Imported Cheese Wedges
  • A crudité of fresh locally sourced summer vegetables including Carrots, Zucchini, and Summer Squash.
  • Cauliflower, Broccoli and Radishes served with Tarragon Arugula Dip
  • Fresh Strawberries, Red Grapes and Fancy Crackers


A focal point was Jacquie’s magnificent Hors D'oeuvres table including:

  • Filet Mignon with Horseradish Cream on Toasted Baguette with Carmelized Onions and Fresh Rosemary -- as well as
  • Watermelon stuffed with Goat Cheese and Fresh Mint
  • Parmesan and Rosemary Shortbreads with Roasted Cherry Tomato and Feta
  • Mini Chicken Creole Crepes
  • Mini Chicken and Waffles with Local Maple
  • Morbier Grilled Cheese with Tomato Jam

Let’s not forget
 the flavorful summer dessert! Jacquie’s team served up fragrant Lavender Brule in servings just light enough to get guests to say “yes!” after indulging in their favorite hors d’ouevres.

You could say this grand opening was one to ‘bank on.’ We congratulate Centier Bank and wish them well!
