You betcha!
The Executive Director of Marketing and Communication for Noblesville Schools wanted to thank their staff at the end of the school year with a party. She also wished to impress the attendees with ambitious new ideas for the school system. It stood to reason that the menu she wanted to serve should reflect that.
250 staff were to be invited, but the school system budget was tight.
Variety was important. So were healthy options for those with food sensitivities. She asked local caterers for bids and menu ideas, but what she received back in response were sparse, boring and unimaginative menus.
Director Marnie Cook knew what Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering was capable of doing, but wasn’t sure if we could meet her price point. So she reached out to us. Would we be interested in catering the function?
Absolutely. We worked together and came up with multiple food stations to offer the variety she required. And options galore.
Here’s the menu:
SALAD STATION
Dressings: Champagne Vinaigrette, Buttermilk Ranch, Caesar, and poppyseed
STIR FRY STATION - CHEF MANNED
MAC N' CHEESE STATION
SLIDER STATION
ICE CREAM STATION
Chocolate Chips, Cherries, Whipped Cream
Great menu. Budget met. Happy director and staff.
“We had a great experience with both the food quality and customer service. I also appreciated your creativity, flexibility, food presentation and pricing. I have recommended you already to several people!”
