Jacquie’s and Daniel’s Vineyard show off their stripes

How do you let others in your business know about all the wonderful  things you are capable of?

Business networking events are one way. But a step better? When you can show off exactly what you and your company can do in person -- rather than simply talking about it. That is precisely why Jacquie’s team partnered with Daniel’s Vineyard and POSH Events at a recent April Wedding-themed Buffet Luncheon.

70 guests invited by POSH gathered at expansive Daniel’s Vineyard on a sunny spring day mid-week for networking, idea-exploring, great food, and creative wedding-themed event ideas.

The Posh Wedding luncheon kicked off promptly at 11:30 with Jacquie’s fresh, super elegant Elote Salad, served in gorgeous Spanish Rock glasses.

This was followed by spicy fresh Pozole soup – a big hit with all the guests.

Following the Mexican wedding theme, Jacquie’s chefs draped the  Tostada bar with linens, fired up the grills, and got to work

Pulling together two delicious fan favorites from Mexico:

Chicken Tinga (Black Beans, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Cotija Cheese, and a touch of Cilantro.)

and

Beef Barbacoa (Black Beans, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Cotija Cheese, and fresh Cilantro

This was followed with Fresh Roasted Vegetables, a combination of - Black Beans, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, and Cotija Cheese,

With a choice of toppings:

Guacamole, Salsa Verde, Fresh Limes, and Sour Cream

The event was decadently topped off with a sweet finale: a colorful array of wedding cakes and desserts, cut and served by Top Tier Cakes.

It was a energetic afternoon event filled with Jacquie’s Catering gourmet food, interesting serving ideas, creative décor, and lots of new connections. Networking has never been more delicious!
