True! We have two principal chefs, Reuben and Martha, whom we depend heavily upon – not just for the chef talents, but also for crafting new menu ideas, and staying on top of hot new food trends.

We rotate these 15 chefs into parties on-premises, to make sure our menus are precisely followed, and everything is taste-tested and arrives on time, in the right spot, at just the right temperature.

Planning is everything, but you also want a chef there, on the spot, to make decisions as needed, and keep cooking and serving operations running smoothly.

True! Although there are busy and not-so-busy catering seasons, our top-notch team can accommodate 8-10 events per day!

With a constantly growing list of 30+ event centers that welcome us, from

  • Crawfordsville to Richmond
  • From an intimate retirement party for 30
  • Or large fundraiser for 600.
