Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering team was thrilled to be a part of Coach Frank Reich’s Kick Off Party celebrating the beginning of the Colts 22-23 season -- and Reich’s fifth year as head coach.
Held at the home of Frank and Linda Reich, the group of 65 Colts’ VIPs, friends and Colts management toasted the upcoming season in one of the chill-est ways possible! We know one of the best ice sculpture artists around – as this work of art showcases.
The sculpture was as fun as it was functional. After filling the ice-cold Colts SEAFOOD STATION with fresh jumbo shrimp, we stacked the carved icey side planks with:
For those that preferred beef, there was a CARVING STATION stocked with:
The MASHED POTATO BAR was a hit, with mashed gourmet potatoes served in fun blue Martini Glasses, with a variety of toppings to choose from from Butter, Sour Cream, Chives, Olives, or Cheese.
Rumor has it that the Reich’s OPEN BAR was buzzing with toasts and cheers to the strong Colts’ lineup this year. Naturally, the bar was filled with super premium wines, local craft, domestic and imported beers, and specialty house-mixed beverages. Cheers!
The lively evening was topped off with mini DESSERTS and coffee or after dinner drinks at the desert bar. There were two to choose from including Mini Lemon Tarts decorated with (of course) BLUEberries and Mini Chocolate Mousse.
It was a very cool -- and fitting tribute to Indianapolis’ favorite home team, by the folks that keep the Colts winning. Go Colts!
PS: Yes, we can order an ice sculpture specially made for your next party, too!
