Zotec Partners hosts an upscale fundraiser

Zotec Partners, a Carmel-based healthcare technology billing solution company, held a high-profile fundraising event for Friends of Ron DeSantis, current governor of Florida.

The lively cocktail reception/fundraiser was held in the northeast corner of the contemporary Zotec Partners headquarters, under the sky bridge. The sunny late afternoon weather was picture-perfect for this invitational event, hosting some 140 guests from 4:00 to 5:00 pm, with a VIP reception following.

Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering waitstaff served elegant hors d’oeuvres to the guests, during the cocktail hour which included:

• Mini Chicken Creole Crepes
• Swiss Chard, Shallot and Parmesan Tartlet
• Indiana Corn Cake with Creme Fraiche and Mango Salsa

Later in the evening, more substantial hors d’oeuvres were offered to the distinguished guests in attendance:

• Filet Mignon with Horseradish Cream on Toasted Baguette with Caramelized Onions and Fresh Rosemary
• Jumbo Asparagus with Wasabi Mayonnaise Dip
• Parmesan and Rosemary Shortbreads with Roasted Cherry Tomato and Feta
• Seared Ahi Tuna served in an Asian Spoon Saffron Risotto Cakes with Aged Parmesan

Guests lingered after the event, enjoying Fresh Fruit Sushi with Strawberry, Kiwi and Mango.
