Jacquie’s Catering recently provided appetizers for an evening event at the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra’s Hilbert Circle Theatre. IndyHub, a nonprofit organization for Indy's twenty-/thirty-somethings to learn about and become a part of the city, held its get-together at the symphony for The Music of Queen: Forte Night with Indy Hub's Passport to the Arts on February 25. The organization’s Passport to the Arts, sponsored by the Lilly Endowment, helps its members explore the city’s performance and art scenes.
Because the show started at 7 p.m., we wanted to provide guests with protein-packed, heartier appetizers for those who chose to forgo dinner until after the show. Working with IndyHub, we recommended a menu to fit their budget and the mixer-type atmosphere of the Hilbert Circle Theatre annex, where guests would be standing around cocktail tables and mingling before the show.
