Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering was proud to cater a plated dinner for 300 guests at the FORUM Conference and Events Center on February 23 to honor and celebrate the community volunteers of the city of Fishers, Indiana. The City of Service Awards Evening included honorees from the Fishers Parks & Recreation Department, Fishers Department of Public Works, Hamilton Southeastern School District and Foundation. The event featured a special Key to the City presentation by the mayor of Fishers to honor one special volunteer, and awarded one Nonprofit Volunteer of the Year award.
Our catering company worked closely with the FORUM Conference and Events Center team, who provided linens in hunter green and navy blue (the colors of the city), to coordinate the presentation of our customized, plated dinners and formal china settings. Our chef was on-site to freshly plate the food for the evening. The city’s dinner selections included homemade rolls, choice of salad and two sides:

SALAD:
House Salad with Mixed Field Greens with House Champagne Vinaigrette and Pesto Croutons
ENTRÉE:
Chicken Breast stuffed with Brie and wrapped with Prosciutto with Lemon Cream Sauce
Garlic and Chive Mashed Potatoes
Fresh Green Beans with Shallots and Butter
Warm dinner rolls with Butter
DESSERT:
Chocolate Cake and Lemon Curd with Raspberry Garnish
