My Dear Mary, Words cannot express my thanks to you all for a job well done last Saturday night. The hot weather was certainly a challenge along with the tent placement, but you all came through like the professionals that you are. I only sampled the Hors d'oeuvres, and they were of the utmost quality and superb presentation - truly delicious and very special indeed. Mssrs. Fortune, Blakley, and Mrs. Weaver thought the dinner was absolutely delicious from start to finish, being served in a prompt and perfect manner. Outdoor events are always such a challenge, but please know that your hard work and attention to detail was noticed and appreciated by all who attended. It was a very memorable night!
